Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Retainers & Milestones

Gromon Service Industry Private Limited delivers custom professional software engineering, UI/UX design, and consulting services. Because custom engineering hours and cloud infrastructure resources are allocated immediately upon project kickoff, upfront discovery and milestone retainer payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Milestone Acceptance

Clients are provided a standard 7-to-14 day acceptance testing period for every milestone delivery. If deliverables do not satisfy the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) criteria, our engineering team will remediate all identified defects at zero additional charge until full compliance is achieved.

3. Project Termination

Either party may terminate an active service agreement upon 30 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall only be billed for billable engineering hours completed up to the date of termination.
