1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website gromonservice.com or contracting any software development and consulting services with Gromon Service Industry Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed upon in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), all proprietary website content, graphics, source code snippets, and branding are the exclusive property of Gromon Service Industry Private Limited. Custom software deliverables created for clients transfer to full client ownership upon receipt of full milestone payments.

3. Project Scopes & Deliverables

All software engineering, UI/UX design, and cloud consulting engagements are governed by specific Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing milestones, timelines, acceptance criteria, and payment schedules.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gromon Service Industry Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access or inability to access our digital platforms.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
